山东省高等职业院校全日制在校高职生
二、组织方式
赌球平台推荐作为初赛赛点，由本校语言文化学院负责组织实施。
三、比赛方式
共有两个赛项，即演讲和写作，可选择其中一个报名，也可选择参加两项。
四、演讲赛项方案
比赛题目：以大赛组委会公布的主题演讲视频为依据，以“Greatness Comes out of the Ordinary”为主题，自定小标题，进行3分钟的英语演讲（主题演讲题目请见大赛官方网站cetv.fltrp.com）。
比赛方式：报名的同学请先加入“2024国才杯英语大赛赌球平台推荐校赛专科组”QQ群（群号771831260），群二维码
请按照官方网站要求录制视频，并于2024年10月15日之前按照要求上传提交（上传地址等待群内另行通知） 。
录制演讲视频要求：
（1）图像与声音清晰，无杂音，横向拍摄，为一个完整的演讲视频文件，不得进行编辑、裁剪等加工处理。视频为MP4、MPEG、WMV、RMVB格式,建议不超过720P（即视频宽高比1280*720）。视频时长不短于2分45秒，不超过3分15秒。视频不小于50M，不超过500M。
（2）视频内请勿出现学校名称、校徽、选手姓名等学校及个人信息。
五、写作赛项方案
比赛题目：写作赛题分为看文字信息写作和看图表信息写作两部分，写作时间共计120分钟。
Part I (40 points)
Directions: You are Justin Jia. You saw a job ad for an after-sales
clerk on China Daily. You decide to apply for the job by email (of at
least 200 words) to John Smith of WY E-commerce, the hiring manager. You should
not include any real information about yourself in your writing. Your email
should contain a salutation, a main body and a close. The body of your email
should include the following points:
lintroduce yourself and express your interest in the position;
lprovide your qualifications and skills for the position;
lthank the hiring manager and ask for an interview.
Part II (60 points)
Directions: The charts below show the proportion of global electricity
generated from different sources in 2022 and the proportion of global
electricity expected to be generated from different sources in 2050.
Write a report (of at least 300 words) to describe the charts,
analyze the data, and make some comments/suggestions/predictions.
